Eroti.Club is primarily a social networking platform that promote the transparent flow of information. For the most part Eroti.Club comprise of content provided by our members which may include explicit articles, comments and pornographic imagery. Though we endeavour to keep all content on our website civilised and factual, we do not vet nor directly control the submissions made by our members which may include their observations and opinions about others that can not be substantiated. If you appear or are expressly named on any of our pages against your will and without your consent you should fist seek to rectify this matter directly with the relevant content author. Eroti.Club will only intervene if the content conflicts with our “Acceptable Use” policy, notably if it amounts to slander, hate speech or any form of copyright infringement.
1. Generic User Information
Similar to most commercial websites, Eroti.Club utilise standard technology called “cookies” and web server log files to collect information about how our website is used. - password – this should always be secret/ known to you alone (not even site admin can read this) but you will be able to change and/or retrieve a lost password securely;
- email address – not publicly visible, our website will forward all messages, including those from other members anonymously to this email address to protect you from potential stalkers as well as SPAM attacks and email harvesting;
- display name – is always publicly visible and will also be used throughout our website to identify you as the author of all your content (including comments and messages), similar to a Facebook® profile name;
Optional additional information may include:
i. avatar/ profile photo – is always publicly visible and will also be used throughout our website to identify you as the author of all your content (including comments and messages), similar to a Facebook® avatar;
ii. physical address – only required as delivery address if you order any physical product from our online store and is not publicly visible;
iii. iv. Additional profile information such as a member’s physical attributes, sexual preferences etc. are all optional and members may set the visibility of these fields on their profiles to their liking. v. Additional imagery and/or video (also referred to as “Media”) may be uploaded and the visibility set to the member’s liking. Media that depict recognisable features such as faces, tattoos and/or birth marks as well as any symbols, trademarks or logos and videos with recognisable voice patterns and/or tunes or background music can be used to identify you and any others so depicted. Members are hereby cautioned when uploading Media that they must have substantiated consent from ALL parties so depicted (even background characters, symbols and sounds) and of potential consequences which may include civil action against them.
2.3. Corrections.
Members have direct access through their Member admin pages to all the information they submitted to us and which are maintain on our servers. Members may make amendments to their profiles at any time and this will reflect instantly on all public pages. Members may also choose to delete any article, image or comment that they authored at any time and this will then also be instantly removed from our public pages.
2.4. Our Communications To You.
- We reserve the right to send you important information about Eroti.Club to the email address provided in your member account at any given time. This may included marketing messages from Eroti.Club and/or carefully selected third party advertisers.
- You may elect, based on setting in your member account to receive certain notifications such as new friend requests etc. to this same email address.
- You may also opt to subscribe to various newsletters that may include special discounts, bonus coupons and other useful marketing messages from external parties. You may unsubscribe so that you no longer receive that specific newsletter at any time from the link provided in each of our outgoing messages but this may take up to 14 days.
2.5. Banking Information
We DO NOT receive or hold any banking and/or personal financial information for any of our clients. All payments are processed through trusted third party payment processors including Zombaio and BitCoin each with their own Terms of Service and Personal Security arrangements that you will need to refer to when making any payments to Eroti.Club.
