Legalise Prostitution
Public Group active 4 years, 9 months agoJoin the conversation if you agree that the criminalisation of prostitution only creates a platform for much worse crimes such as human trafficking, rape and victimisation of women. Being “Outlawed” prostitutes must rely on unsavory elements for their safety while if accepted in society they would enjoy access to clinics, police and the law which in turn will lead to less risk and stigma associated with the industry and even lower prices for clients.

Yip that’s true @ereka Men (and most women) still have those primal urges. I think (sorry to say this) that with the emancipation of women men find it difficult to satisfy their sexual needs. I agree @XXX. “Decent” society have been struggling with this for 1000’s of years. Fact is we all have urges so why fight it?

Crime rates are lower in countries where some form of prostitution is legal including The Netherlands, Germany and New Zealand. Is that because the crime rate was low to start off with or because they legalized prostitution? Think about it, no need for pimps and a supportive police service for both prostitute and client.
